This Office has no objection in permitting BSNL on advance possession basis

to carry out telecommunication tower and optical fiber cable construction works at
the following location which has been identified and demarcated jointly by the
officials of Government Department/LSGI concerned and BSNL for implementing
4G Saturation Project, funded from the Universal Service Obligation Fund (USOF),
being executed by BSNL in Kerala. However, the Government Department concerned
and BSNL shall complete all procedures for the formal land allotment for the project
as per the directions already issued by the Government of India and Government of
