Total capital - the money with which you are trading


Entry, Stoploss level - levels you are buying along with SL
Risk on trade - distance from your buying and stoploss
Risk as % of capital - 1Lacs capital has 0.25% (250/-) 0.5%(500/-) etc
Number of shares - qty that you are supposed to buy based on your capitals risk
Allocation - total money used to buy those shares in your demat

Explanation with example


Lets say you want to buy a stock at 100 , the stoploss you want to take is 97. So basic maths tells us that we have a stoploss of 3 points.
Now according to your risk management plan, lets say you want to risk 0.5% of your capital on this trade. Assuming you have a capital of 1,00,000 - the 0.5% risk come
Use the sheet, put your buying and sl and take the qty accordingly. Its a very simple tool to keep your losses in check.
