It is commonly believed that nowadays main factors that affect a child's development
are media, pop culture and friends. A different point of view is that family plays the most
significant role.
body 2- family has the strongest - parents are role models, children do what they
see and not what they hear,
body 3- opinion-

It is often held that teachers, peers and the media have a significant influence on the life
of children. While some people argue that these factors are predominant in shaping a
child's future, others believe that parents impact their offspring in more critical ways. I
believe that the parents values impact more than any other factor. This essay will
discuss both these points of view and argue in favour of the latter.
On the one hand, the books children read and the music they listen form their belief
system. In other words, children tend to copy the behaviour of their favourite personality
or fictional character. Moreover, when little ones work and play in groups, they are
influenced by their peers. Finally, other factors, like the media, prompt children to want
things regarded as fashionable. For instance, children demand toys that they see on
television.
On the other hand, a child's personality is malleable at a very young age, and parents
are always present in their life at this stage. Also, very young children love to imitate.
Because ….For example, children who come from a dysfunctional family often exhibit
behavioural problems at school. An emotionally secure environment at home is critical
for the child's confidence. Moreover, parents also teach children about setting
boundaries.

In my opinion, children's choice of friends, books or music
depends on the values instilled in them by their parents.
Therefore, parents hold more substantial sway over their offspring
than media, pop culture and friends circle.

Some people believe that the best way to control accidents on city streets is to
lower the speed limit but others think there are more important issues that
need attention before roads can be safe.
As more and more people drive cars in major cities, the number of serious accidents
grow each year. Some people believe that the best way to address this problem is to
reduce the speed limit on city streets while others disagree and think that there are
more pressing issues that need to be addressed to keep people safe. Although
speeding is an issue, I agree that more needs to be done to ensure that everyone
can travel without fear. This essay will consider the different viewpoints before
deciding what is the best solution.
There are some that see speeding as the main reason why people are involved in
motor vehicle accidents and think that driving slower would solve the problem.
Indeed, if people maintained a safe speed throughout the city, the risk and frequency
of traffic accidents would clearly be reduced as the faster a car travels, the more
damage it can do to whatever it hits. Many cities around the world adopted very low
speed limits over the last decade and there is some evidence that there have been
fewer incidents and far fewer serious accidents within the city limits.
However, there are others who would say that the problem is more about people
driving while distracted and that heavy penalties to address this issue would be more
effective in improving the situation. It’s hard not to notice that many drivers are
looking down at their phones and not at the road while driving. The dangers of not
paying attention are obvious and, in fact, the number one cause of traffic accidents
in recent times is reported to be distraction as people text or email while they are in
the driver’s seat not watching where they are going.

In my opinion, both views have merit but the best way to solve this
problem is to make sure the government provides the funding for
law enforcement. Without the manpower and budget for crime
detection and policing to catch offenders, many will continue to break the texting and
speeding laws if they know they can get away with it. Cities that have allocated
enough money to their police force and empowered them to come up with ways to
catch distracted and aggressive drivers have made their metropolises safer.
City streets need to be safer for everyone and speeding and distracted drivers are a
problem. If the proper funding is given to law enforcement to catch and punish those
who break safe driving laws, city dwellers will feel more at ease on the roads.
1- Some people say that parents should encourage their children to take part in
organised group activities in their free time. Others say that is important for children
to learn how to occupy themselves on their own.
2- Some people prefer to spend their lives doing the same things and avoiding
change. Others, however, think that change is always a good thing.
3- Some people feel that manufacturers and supermarkets have the responsibility to
reduce the amount of packaging of goods. Others argue that customers should avoid
buying goods with a lot of packaging.

5- Some people believe that it is important for children to attend extra classes
outside school, while others believe that they should be allowed to play after school.
7- Some people believe that in a city, the best way to travel is by car, while
other people argue that bicycles are a better way of travelling in a city.
9- In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of oil
drilling operations in remote locations around the world. This has brought
economic benefits to some countries, though it has also raised concerns
about the environmental impact of these operations.
10- Many university students want to learn about different subjects in addition
to their main subjects. Others feel it is more important to give all their time and
attention to studying for their qualification.
12- Some believe that students should begin learning a language very early in
school while others think these subjects should be taught later.
