Career objective
Having a decade experience in Resource management & Deployment domain, I wish to be a part of a progressive firm offering
opportunities for career advancement & a holistic professional growth, and to develop my primary attributes as a People
Manager in resource management or work force management atmosphere.
Work Experience
• Managing a team size of 6 members comprising of one team-lead, senior analysts, analysts, and associates.
• Employee pool of 3000 spread across 5 Business Units handled by my team and taking control of deployment and
bench management.
• Provides analysis around key metrics such as availability, utilization, and open seat status and identifies issues and
trends.
• Provide data input for workforce strategy, maintain resource forecasts, and monitor implementation of the
departmental the strategies.
• Actively managing bench and working with Partners, Managing Directors, and Project Managers to identify possible
opportunities for bench resources as well. Also, serves as primary point of contact for unassigned staff within entity.

resourcing demands of the Investment pipeline.

• Leading resource management team of 5 members which takes care of 800+ resource.
• Team collects the phasing wise hours(retain) from all the engagement managers for the resources to understand the
availability and utilizing them as per the needs.
• Creating KRAs and KPIs(objectives) for the team in accordance with the resourcing needs.
• Team managing utilization figures and help creating dashboards with daily, monthly, and yearly actuals.
• Scheduling the projected hours in FORECAST tool & Deploying resources on existing and new engagements.
• Team working on tools like Workday to create requisitions for the internal movement across BU.
• Maintenance of resource requests in Talent-link and reporting them in Power BI and Google Sheets.
• Reviewing the forecasting of the demands requests and helping the team doing the pre-planning to meets the
deliverables.
• Designing the framework for the feedback management for the profiles.
• Co-ordinating with staffing managers and Human Capital team to manage personnel and staffing issues for own team.
• Building the resume repository and sharing the profiles with the hiring teams via the team.
• Checking daily capacity measuring the actuals and phasing.
• Handling BU/practice-wise resource management and initiating transfers from one BU to another.
• Analyzing the situation and processing the different modes of internal movements.
• Forecasting the demand and doing the pre-planning to meets the deliverables.
• Preparing justifications and seeking necessary approvals on a weekly basis for contract hires.
• Posting jobs in the internal site and processing the application to the hiring manager.

• Arranging calls with the agencies/business for receiving updates and feedback on the profiles.
• Creating and receipting POs (cost invoice) in Capgemini payment tool (GPS) to make payments for new work orders post
taking approvals for contract hires.

• Working with the external agencies like Randstad/Experis to seek profiles if the business requires external hiring.
• Creating and updating record on RETAIN tool for the new contractors.

• Creating a realistic schedule for 300 employees under Infra Service- WT.
• Managing supply and deployment information for resources and helping the planning process on a day-to-day basis.
• Reviewing a range of factors to decide on the best allocation taking into account e.g. availability, skills, regulatory and
role requirement.
• Managing a large volume of 50 plus requests daily with a closure rate of 90%.
• Updating tools for client facing teams to capture up to date bookings (chargeable work, training, holidays etc.) and
availability.
• Creation and managing the reports which gets shared with the stakeholders on bookings, availability and actuals.
