This assignment contributes to 25% of your overall module mark:
In this assignment, you will demonstrate an understanding of active individual and
collaborative learning through engagement in a series of ICT activities (Sessions 01 –
05).

An e-portfolio will be created in which you can demonstrate understanding of Health

4.0 and Care 4.0 Tools as you populate the e-portfolio with responses to the 5 Key
ICT activities:

Session 02 – Emerging technologies and innovation

Activity 2 - Data Security Awareness Certificate

Session 03 – Health Information Systems

Activity 3 - Peer-reviewed Presentation

Activity 4 - Ideation and Innovation Short critique
Session 05 – Drivers of and barriers to health and social care in a digital
environment
Activity 5 - Professional recognition (FEDIP, EuroPass etc.) PDP

Contribution to the e-portfolio will match professional competencies as defined by the

BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT underpinned by FEDIP Standards as a
requirement for the technology, health and social care professionals of today:

• Use of Information in a Health and Social Care context or domain,

• Use of Communication in a Health and Social Care context or domain,

• Use of Information Technology to increase one’s individual effectiveness as a

Health and Social Care professional.
