R.- You could make a digital warehouse movement labeling the 100 kg of tomato received as "Supplier
Regalía" to maintain a clear record of its origin and purpose.

R.- If the free article is not in our catalog, I would first add it to the inventory system as a new product.

article" to maintain a clear record of its origin and use.

F) IF YOU HAVE A LARGE SHORTAGE OF IMPERISHABLE PRODUCTS, WHAT TYPE OF DEAL

WOULD YOU CARRY OUT AND WHAT MOVEMENT OF LIFT WOULD YOU PROCESS IN THE
ORGANIZATION'S DIGITAL SYSTEM.
R.- Before a great shortage of imperishable products, I would consider establishing collaboration
agreements with other suppliers to obtain additional supply. As for the movement in the digital system

the order.

J) HOW DO YOU MEASURE THE INVENTORY ACCURACY?

R.- Inventory accuracy is generally measured by calculating the inventory accuracy rate. This rate is
determined by comparing actual physical inventory to system records. It is calculated by dividing the
number of physical units counted that match the system by the total number of units counted, and then
multiplying by 100 to obtain a percentage. A high accuracy rate indicates that the system's physical
inventory and records are aligned, meaning the system is accurate in reflecting what is actually in stock.
