improved my ability to meet and adapt with challenging deadlines, while
strengthening my communication skills (via regular liaise) and time
management in order to maximise my productivity.

● Ealing Central Library - Lead assistant June 2023 - 30th 2024

A high demand atmosphere (sItuated in the town centre) gave me


scope to develop a problem-solving based mindset to ensure
consistent customer-service satisfaction.

Work experience - Devising poetry tasks for a youth club sharpened my


team-work competence with other employees and researching and
organising 18th century archives required focus and patience when
handling sensitive, private information.

● School council and Senior Leader-ship

Sustained these role despite tackling pressure during crucial end of


year exams, thereby improving my ability to be continually
punctual and responsible for my duties.

Projects include improving road crossing at a dangerous road


intersection at my school and proactively engaging in pupil-led
school council meetings to improve the school and local community.

Interests and activities

● I often enjoy writing blog posts to support my learning.

For instance, when studying American Literature, I wrote a blog on


WordPress on the dangers of emotional suppression and discussed
masculinity as a social construct.

In seeking to discuss universal topics, I wrote a critical article on young


people's reliance on technology for a local publication, The Villager,
read by 2000 households in the area.

● I am preparing to run a marathon in April 2025 to raise funds for


childline for the NSPCC.
