Lecture and Lab Guidelines

Each week there are PowerPoint slides and graded assignments

(with the exception of exam weeks).

While reading through the PowerPoint, take notes using the

learning objectives as a guide. These notes will help in studying
for the exams.

Exam weeks have study guides posted for you to review.

Your lecture assignments are due Wednesdays at 11:59 PM. These

assignments count as your attendance for the week so it is
important that you complete them on time. Missing two
assignments in a row is viewed as being absent for 14 calendar days
and is grounds for being dropped from the course.

Your two lowest Lecture Assignments will be dropped at the end of

the semester.

Lab
During this semester, we will be using McGraw Hill Connect virtual
labs to deliver your materials for the Lab portion of our course.This
McGraw Hill Connect virtual labs link can be found on the course
menu to the left (Connect Virtual Labs). Once you take the course
entry quiz this will become available.

You will always use Softchalk as your lab manual and the Connect
Virtual lab link to access the actual lab materials.

For the lab portion of the assignment you will need to login into the
McGraw Hill etext. In Blackboard, click on the Connect Virtual Labs
link in the Course Menu. Then click on Go To My Connect
Section and Launch. They are also linked in each weeks folder.

Each week's folder includes a task list.
