Description: Additional Fire Alarm Termination Point for Ammonia Room Level 1.5
FIELD OBSERVATIONS:

Referring to DCR-028, there is an additional ammonia room at Level 1.5 within the same
compartmentation as of Ammonia Room at Level 1. Due to additional gases equipment and
small tanks, additional flame detectors are required to be installed (responsible by other
GC).

Due to additional detectors, IAQ is required to take the termination points and provide
necessary termination points for the other GC (Kellington) and conduct programming for
the additional detectors on the fire alarm panel at Level 1. The testing of the individual
detector is responsible by Kellington.

Note: Pursuant to the conditions of contract, the Contractor is instructed to proceed with the work without further delay.
