DEED OF SALE

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

JOSEPH DERRICK B. YAMBAO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and with
residence and postal address at 30 J. Lopez De Leon St., Greenheights Vill., Sucat, Paranaque
City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER;
-and-
ERWIN JR. LIBAN FLORES, likewise legal age, Filipino citizen, single and with
residence and postal address at Lot 49 Cluster E, bagong nayon, Antipolo City, hereinafter
referred to as the BUYER.

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the legal owner of a pistol named CZ 75 SP-01 which is
more particularly described as follows:

That in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00)


Philippine Currency, receipt is hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction. The SELLER
hereby sell, transfer, and convey by way of Absolute Sale unto said ERWIN JR. LIBAN
FLORES the above vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.
