Business Insights & Solutions Analyst

Our client is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Insights & Solutions Analyst to join their growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data sets, identifying key trends and insights,
and using that information to help drive business decisions. This role directly supports the Business
Development team to drive sales.
We are looking for an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who is eager and motivated to contribute
to the growth and success of this start-up company with research, insights and solutions!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources, including
internal systems and external market data

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced excel

Experience conducting market research

Identify trends and insights from data and communicate these findings to stakeholders

Ability to build presentations as required to present findings and proposals

Create and maintain business requirements documentation to support project initiatives

Work closely with management to prioritize projects and initiatives based on business needs

Support ad hoc data analysis requests

Assist with data cleansing and transformation activities as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Data Analytics, or Economics

Combined 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Consumer Insights and Business Analysis.

Proficient in advanced Excel, and at least one BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.

Quantitative analysis expertise is important for the success of this role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong business acumen.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Assets:

Experience in a start-up environment is an asset

 Experience in the food tech, healthcare, or hospitality industry is an asset
