Proforma ISAK Level: 1
1) This Excel file was created to register your measurements of 20 subjects and to calculate your Technical Error of Measurement after
that.
2) You must take measurements of twenty (20) individuals, registering two times for each
varaible, or three times if it is indicated in the corresponding cell.

3) You must complete the grey cells of the tabs ''1'' to ''20''

4) You must not change the name of any tab.

5) If you want to print information out for the subject, it is necessary to save that tab as a
pdf. The file is ready to automatically take the individual's report.

6) While typing in data, make sure to save the spreadsheet frequently in order to avoid accidents which could result in loss of typed data.

7) When you finish entering the data of the 20 subjects, send this sheet to the instructor responsible for your course.

8) In the sheet named ''TEM-ICC ETM-ICC'' shows a graph comparing the measured and target % TEM.

- For additional information on the statistical calculations, refer to Norton & Olds (1996) or other statistics textbooks.

- The calculations are based on two (or the closest two of three) measures on twenty (20) subjects.

- The intra-tester target %TEMs for obtaining ISAK accreditation are:
