The Department of Education strongly promotes its vision to make every

child a reader. To sustain this significant goal, the English Department
continuously thrives to realize this ideal by launching a program called
PROJECT DARNA ( Digital Alternative Reading eNhancement Activities)
which aims to strengthen the vision of DepEd by innovating the crafted
teacher-made reading booklets from PROJECt SaKaLAM into an interactive
text-to-speech reading and listening e-booklets

In this regard, we are inviting asking your permission for us to conduct an

orientation/launching activity in the classrooms of the identified section
beneficiaries from Grade 7-10 with the following schedule attached herewith
so as not to disrupt the entire class hours of the said section learners.
