With reference to your application for admission in to BCOM CS of AMJC – Shift I , you are hereby
requested to appear for Interview as per the details given below :

You will be required to bring the following:

Downloaded and signed copy of the Online Application Form (If due to some reasons, you
filled-up more than one online application forms, you have to bring the latest and updated
one only)
Your color passport sized photograph – 2 numbers
Passport sized photograph of parent - 1
Self-Attested copy of your Date of Birth Certificate (if DoB is not mentioned in your Class
X/XII Pass Certificate/Mark Sheet)
Self-Attested copy of your Community Certificate, if applicable
Self-Attested copies of Pass Certificates and Mark Sheets [ Mark Sheets should be
complete for all semesters/years of your educational qualifications (from Class X
onwards)]
Self-Attested copy of Transfer Certificate from the last school attended.
Self-Attested copy of Conduct Certificate from the last school attended.
Self-Attested copy of Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Self-Attested copy of Caste Certificate- In case of SC/ST/DNC (if applicable).
Affidavit of Guardianship if the student lives with a local guardian
Medical Certificate in case of physically challenged or disabled and other categories.
Certificate from Jain temple (for Jain candidates only)

You are also required to bring all ORIGINAL documents mentioned above for verification on 03-06-
2024 .

The candidates who have not completed qualifying examination may appear in the Interview, if
you have appeared in the qualifying examination and your results are awaited. Please note that,
for such candidates, selections shall be provisional. All provisionally selected candidates shall
have to produce their original pass certificates and Mark Sheets of the qualifying examination
latest by 30-08-2023, for regularization – failure to which their admissions shall stand
automatically cancelled.

actions to be taken, the candidates will have to constantly monitor the instructions available in the
