your BOH and Public Areas schedule submitted last March 19. This delay is significantly affecting
project completion impacting subsequent phases of the project and potentially leading to financial and
operational losses.

Please be reminded of the importance of following the hand-over date to prevent further delays.
Liquidated damages will be charge accordingly for those timelines that is not met.

Your prompt attention and action on this matter are crucial.
