MINUTES OF THE MEETING

(ESTABLISHMENT OF KANTILO BELL METAL & WOOD

CLUSTER, NAYAGARH).

According to the requirement, M/s Raghunath Patagara, Implementing Agency (IA) for the
Kantilo Bell Metal & Wood Cluster, Nayagarh were asked to procurement and installation of
electrical equipments and fittings. Against the same to make the cluster operational the Implementing
Agency (IA) have procured the items and the same have already been fitted and as of now the cluster
is about to be operational. Against the above work, the invoice against the procurement and
installation, the Nodal Agency (NA) has received the invoice of M/s Prime hand Consultancy Pvt.
Ltd. from the IA for a total amount of Rs.13,84,677/- vide their letter dtd. 21 st February 2024. The
NA has constituted a committee consisting of Senior Officers from CTTC and the committee visited
the cluster on 23rd March 2024 and inspected each item, its installations etc. and submitted a report
which is attached herewith for ready reference. Against the invoice for an amount of Rs.13,84,677/-
the committee derived to the figure of Rs.12,64,640/- including 18% tax as the actual expenses made
to operational of the machines, equipments installed in the CFC. In addition to the inspection report
the committee has also attached the supplementary documents justifying the actual expenditure as
above.

The above amount may be approved and transferred to the IA against the Hard Intervention
(HI) expenses earmarked for the cluster.
