A researcher got interested in studying the impact of classroom management

strategies employed by teachers in teaching Chemistry concepts. Four factors were
hypothesized to account on students’ learning, namely: managing classroom
behavior, teaching techniques, instructional planning and support system, and
working with parents. Classroom management strategies were quantified using the
Teacher Classroom Management Strategies Questionnaire (TCMSQ). Students’
learning was assessed using a validated achievement test in Chemistry. A group of
120 senior high students were made respondents of the study. To determine which
factors significantly impact on students’ learning, the data were subjected to
regression analysis. Results of the regression are summarized in the following
tables: Analyze and interpret the results (Table 1, 2, and 3). Use the .05 level of
significance.
