Sub: Letter requesting On-duty for attending the workshop in IISc Banglore

Dear Sir,

Myself, B Kumaar Swamy Reddy, working as SRF under Dr. Pramod H Borse, Sc-G, in

Centre for Solar Energy Materials. As I had to attend a workshop in IISc Banglore, I was not

to able attend the lab from 05-Feb-2024 to 08-Feb-2024. And on 09-Feb-2024, I have visited

the Laboratory of an IISc professor for the research purpose. I have availed prior permission

from my guide and Director for attending the workshop. Hence, I kindly request you to

please consider my absence as on-duty and provide me the stipend for the same.
