STATEMENT OF ADMISSION

The defendant admits the descriptions of the parties set out in paragraphs 1
and 2 of the plaint except that the defendant's address for the purpose of this
suit is care of Messrs. Swaleh Kanyeki & Company Advocates of Hazina
Towers 8th Floor, Monrovia Street, P.O. Box 48824 Nairobi.

The defendant admits that an agreement was indeed reached as set out in
paragraph 3 of the plaint.

The defendant admits being indebted to the plaintiff in the amount of Kshs.
131,000/- but prays that it be allowed to repay the same by monthly
instalments of Kshs. 10,000/- until payment in full.

The jurisdiction of this court is admitted.

REASONS WHEREFORE the defendant prays for the following relief: -

That the defendant be allowed to repay the outstanding amount in monthly


instalments of Kshs. 10,000/- until payment in full.

Any other relief the court deems fit to grant.
