Nowadays, some companies push employees to retire after they pass middle age, others allow employees

to stay until they want to retire. From the company’s point of view, I think worker should retire when they
want. There are many reasons wrote in this essay to explain about my opinion.
Firstly, the company will save a lot of money to traning new employees. To be specific, the new people
need more training day to learn about the company and product which employees working at a long time
don’t need. Last two years, I have just working at a bank, I have many seasons have to join, but now I
only have meeting to disscuss about the new product once a month. Hence, company can use
experience’s worker is a way to save money.
Secondly, longtime worker will have qualify of woking better than the new wokers. Specially,
everythings will harder with the new employees because they need more time to do it well. To explain,
the new employees can’t do the expertise task but they will do this task easier after two or three years.
Therefore, if the company want to have productive employees, the worker working at a long time should
be consider is a priotity.
In conclusion, about this statement, company should allow employees to stay until they want to retire to
save training fee and handle the qualify of work. In addition, the riterees should be recived some gifts
such as gratitude letter or money.
