MIN 01/01/22: PRELIMINARIES

The meeting was opened by the acting chairperson Emmy Wendot at 02.00pm. She requested Regina
Chepkirui to open with a word of prayer.

MIN 02/01/22: OBJECTIVES

 To provide good will between members and the community


 To operate with other groups in order to promote members interest and the groups objectives.

MISSION

- To continuously provide value and tender support services modern technologies to members

VISION: To be a leading and self-sustaining self-help group in Ainabkoi location and Uasin Gishu.
MIN 03/01/22: ELECTIONS

The members agreed to elect leaders for the group by way of proposing and seconding and voting if
necessary. Ruth Jepkemoi proposed Salome Kipchumba to be the chairlady and it was seconded by
Sheilah Kigen.

Samuel Mulati proposed James Chumba to be vice chairperson. it was seconded by Emmy Wendot.

Faith Chemjor proposed Tecla Kiptoo to be treasurer and was seconded by Purity Cheruiyot.

Elijah Bartocho proposed Janet Chesire to be the secretary and was seconded by Hellen Tanui.

Everlyne Jelimo proposed Samuel Mulati to be vice secretary and was seconded by Emmy Wendot.

MIN 04/01/22: REGISTRATION

Members agreed to register the group at the ministry of labour, social and security services.

Members were requested to submit their identity card and contact numbers. Action to be taken by
Salome Kipchumba and Janet Chesire.

MIN 05/01/22: BY-LAWS

1. All members are equal in participation


2. Time keeping should be adhered to
3. Transparency and accountability should be adhered to
4. Rules and regulations to be followed in decision
5. Each member should attend meetings when called upon.

MIN /6/01/22: ACCOUNT OPENING

Co-operative bank was chosen as the bank to be opened by members.

MIN 8/01/22 CONTRIBUTIONS

Contributions was agreed that each member to contribute Ksh 1000 per month and a non-refundable
fee of Ksh 500 as registration fee.
There being no any other agenda to deliberate upon meeting ended with a word of prayer conducted by
Janet Chesire.
