MSME DECLARATION

We have understood the following points and hereby agree to the same:

1. We confirm that we are registered under micro, small & medium enterprises development
(MSMED) ACT,2006 of Government of India.

2. We will submit tax invoice to Mahindra Manulife Investment Management Private Limited
(MMIMPL) within 10 Days from the date of supply of goods or providing services or date of
invoice, whichever is Earlier.

3. In case, if the invoice is submitted after 10 days of providing the goods or services to
MMIMPL or date of invoice, whichever is earlier, and if there is delay in payment against the
invoice, we will not hold Mahindra Manulife Investment Management Private Limited
responsible for such delay in payment. Further, and Mahindra Manulife Investment
Management Private Limited will not be liable to pay any interest for such delay in payment.

4. In case of non-filling of the GST Returns or incorrect details filled on GST Portal due to
which credit of GST could not be availed by MMIMPL then MMIMPL will have all the
rights to hold the payment & not be liable to pay any interest for such delay in payment.

5. In case, if we cancel registration in future, we will inform MMIMPL with relevant

documents.

6. Our MSME Registration Number is _____________________and the copy of MSME

registration certificate is attached herewith for your reference.
