ENDORSEMENT TO RTO ON THE VEHICLE BEARING NO.

DL1CAB4528 AND INTIMATING THE RTO OF THE SAME.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That the above noted complaint case was

decided/compounded on 21.02.2023 by this Hon’ble

Court.

2. That on 07.08.2019, the applicant had presented surety

for the accused in the above mentioned case with his

vehicle bearing no. DL1CAB4528.

3. That the Hon’ble Court accepted the surety and directed

the concerned RTO not to transfer the said vehicle

without prior permission of the court.

4. That according to order dated 21.02.2023, the case was

compounded and endorsements if any stood cancelled.

However, the current status of the vehicle bearing no.

DL1CAB4528 still shows that vehicle is flagged as not to

be transacted (NTBT) by Mall Road, Delhi.

5. That the applicant now wishes to sell his above

mentioned vehicle but the same was denied by the RTO

office.

6. That the applicant/surety craves the leave of this Hon’ble

Court to cancel the endorsement made on vehicle

bearing no. DL1CAB4528 and to cancel/remove any lien

or restrictions on the said vehicle.

7. That the present application is made with bona fide

intention and same may be allowed in the interest of

justice.

PRAYER
 In the view of facts and circumstances mentioned above it is

most respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased

to cancel the endorsement on vehicle bearing no. DL1CAB4528

and direct the Concerned RTO/ RTO Mall road to

release the lien/restrictions on RC of the vehicle bearing no.

DL1CAB4528 and discharge the surety in the interest of justice.
