Job Vacancy: Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare reports on purchasing results and reports on stock/inventory of goods and


clinic/laboratory materials.
2. Manage, monitor and make regular reports on the use of the petty cash budget.
3. Submit monthly routine expense reports to superiors/management.
4. Carry out other relevant work according to clinic needs or at the request of
superiors/management.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education D1 or equivalent from all majors.


2. Master office management applications, such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
Powerpoint).
3. Master passive English.
4. Have a strong desire to learn and develop.
5. Can work well in a team or work independently.
