A Mechanical Simulation Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing
computer simulations to model and analyze complex systems and processes. The candidates must have experience in heat load calculation, welding analysis, fluid dynamic and have knowledge in simulation analysis in FEA and CFD.
Responsibilities:
Utilize designing software like ANSYS,Solidworks etc to contribute to the
designing of machines. Analyze company requirements and develop simulation models to meet the requirement Develop, maintain and support new 3D simulation content Generate final calculation report using FEA and CFD. Statistic and dynamic analysis using FEA and CFD. Run simulations and analyze results to validate and improve models. Collaborate with design engineers to optimize product designs and improve performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest simulation technologies and methods.
Requirements and Skills
Master’s degree in engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field. Experience with design and analysis of stainless-steel components and steel structures for the Food, Dairy, Chemical and Pharma. Excellent user of FEA and CFD tools Knowledge of fluid dynamic Tork calculation, heat transfer and HVAC Well versed in simulation and calculation. Have experience in heat load calculation and analysis. Have experience in analyzing stress and vibration. Able to do calculation on bulk density. Develop conveyer calculation. Knowledge of using mechanical components after accurate calculation. Analytic mind, accurate, systematic and self-reliant Good verbal and communication skill
