POLURENE LPI 34 NT is an adhesive for wood D4 approved. It is
recommended for lamellars, bonding of outdoor furniture, bonding wood
subject to high moisture (water, bad weather conditions) and bonding
wood used for the production of door and windows.

Properties and POLURENE LPI 34 NT is a ready to use product with fast grip and high
application: resistance to acid and alkaline hydrolysis. It has a highly crystalline
structure that yields to a clear, odourless, flexible film, with good resistance
to ageing and to heat-shock.

Application method: apply the adhesive to one surface only.

Application tools: by brush or by roller.
Bonding method: by press (ab. 40kg/cm2) or by clamps.
Pressing temperature: room temperature.
Minimum application temperature: +5°C
Maximum moisture content of the wood: 10%
Open time: 60-75 minutes.
Dosage: 150-200 gr/m2, according to the permeability of the substrate.

Storage and warranty:
moisture and to chemical and inorganic solvents. At a temperature of -30
°C, the adhesive cannot be split off without breaking the bonded parts.
In sealed drums we guarantee a storage life of 12 months, provided the
product is stored under dry and cool condition.
Once opened the packaging, the product should be used in short time,
because it is highly sensitive to moisture that can cause his curing inside
the drum.
