REMARKS & EXCLUSIONS:
 Any deposits or charges payable to the authorities shall be paid by the client.
 Any charges payable for risk assessment studies OR environmental impact studies shall be paid by the
client.
 5% VAT shall be added to each invoice as per FTA.
 Any approval from authority excluded.
