Welcome to Laniakea, a web3-based MMORPG developed by ROCK STUDIO PTE. LTD.
(“Laniakea”). By accessing and using our website, games, and related services, you agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy.

SUBJECT MATTER
Laniakea is an evolving MMORPG leveraging blockchain technology. Currently in its testing
phase, the game's features, timelines, and in-game economy are subject to change. This
version does not support KYC verification, NFT/marketplace trading, refunds, or
chargebacks.

TESTING DISCLAIMER AND MODIFICATION OF

TERMS
Laniakea is provided “as is” and “as available”, potentially containing bugs and software
glitches. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time, with changes
communicated through updates posted on our website.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Laniakea's services. Users between 13 and 18
should review these Terms with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and
agreement.

ACCOUNT ACCESS AND SECURITY

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Laniakea for breach of these Terms

LIABILITY
Laniakea is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

will be resolved by arbitration or in the courts of Singapore.
