2. I have been posted to ASC Records (South) from HQ 57 Mtn Div wef
02 May 24. My family is presently staying at 21/1, 3 rd Cross, Artillery Rd,
Gowthampura, Halsuru, Bengaluu-08 as SPR since last ten years on hired accn
on monthly rental basis.

3. In view of the above, may I earnestly request you to kindly accord

permission to me for outliving. I will be attend all parades.
