 Go to Opencircle.ca and click on “Login”

 Select the “Member Portal” link and click on “Create New Account”
 Enter your:
o Client Number: HB
o Certificate number (001262700)
o Date of Birth
o Email Address
o A password of your choosing
 Click the box next to consent to receive email communication, and then click “Register Now”
 You will receive an email from OpenCircle Benefits asking you to confirm your registration. Click
the link in the email to validate your registration and email address. Registration is complete.

Canada Life GroupNet for Plan Members

 Go to canadalife.com
 On the top right side of the page, click the “Sign in” button
 Click “Register” and select “Benefits”
 Enter your Plan Number (55400), Member Number (001262700) and follow the onscreen
instructions
 Enter your email, a password of your choosing and your name (as shown on this letter)
 Click “Submit Registration”
 You will receive a confirmation email from Canada Life

Once registration is complete, log in and be sure to sign up for Direct Deposit Claim Payments and
eDetails. Doing so will allow claim proceeds to be deposited directly into your bank account and also
allow Canada Life to notify you directly once a claim has been approved.
