I am Pearl Gem Mora Gutierrez, a 1st-year student at President Ramon Magsaysay State
University, taking up a Master of Arts in Education Major in Educational Administration. This
letter is to inform you about my intent to apply for financial assistance for students to sustain their
education.

I just passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers last March 2023 but I’m currently
unemployed. It is my dream to finish my education despite these hardships so that I can get a
rewarding employment opportunity in the future that will help my family. I believe that your
