o Radiopoacities noted in bilateral mid lung zones silhouetting upper part of right and left
cardiac borders

o Transverse diameter of cardia appears to be increased with CTR of 0.66

o Soft tissue around thoracic cage appears normal.

o Thoracic cage is bilaterally symmetrical.

o Lung fields appears clear.

o Both costophrenic and cardiophrenic angles appear clear

o Both domes of diaphragm appear normal.

IMPRESSION:

 RADIOPOACITIES IN BILATERAL MID LUNG ZONES AS DESCRIBED

 CARDIOMEGALY.
