MOTION TO SET HEARING

THRU VIDEO CONFERENCE

COMES NOW Petitioner, thru undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable

Court respectfully states:
1. That the above-entitled case is set for hearing on June 10, 2024 for
the continuation of the cross examination of the petitioner’s witness
(herein referred as “Mr. Litao”).

2. That said cross examination was originally scheduled last May 13,
2024 but petitioner requested for postponement due to the surgery
and hospitalization of the Mr. Litao which this Honorable court
granted.

3. That on _____ Mr. Litao was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bone Cancer. Copy
of the Notarized Medical Certificate is herein attached as Annex “A”.

4. That considering the health condition of Mr. Litao, petitioner now

humbly request to this Honorable court to allow Mr. Litao to
continue the cross-examination thru video conference.

5. That Petitioner has no intention to cause any inconvenience to the

Honorable Court nor any intent to delay the proceeding of the case.
Should this instant motion be granted, Mr. Litao may be invited
