Common causes of account lockouts:

User account get locked when wrong password

hit the active directory

User trying to enter wrong password

Go to Dc Open Event Viewer on PDC
Go to security logs
Filter events and for ID 4740
Right Click on Security and select filter current log
Here you have find the source computer is pc1
from where the wrong password is getting
entered and user account is getting locked
