Referral Policy

Welcome to Tyaani’s Referral Program!

This program allows you to earn exciting rewards for referring qualified candidates who are
hired for open positions at our company.

Eligibility

● All active employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.

● You cannot refer immediate family members.

Rewards

We offer tiered referral bonuses based on the annual salary package of the referred candidate
who gets hired and successfully completes the probation period which is 6 months.

● For positions with a salary below 5 lacs:

○ Referral Bonus: ₹5,000
○ Payment Schedule:
■ First installment of ₹2,500 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 6 months of employment.
■ Second installment of ₹2,500 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 1 year of employment.
● For positions with a salary between 5 lacs and 10 lacs:
○ Referral Bonus: ₹10,000
○ Payment Schedule:
■ First installment of ₹5,000 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 6 months of employment.
■ Second installment of ₹5,000 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 1 year of employment.
● For positions with a salary above 15 lacs:
○ Referral Bonus: ₹15,000
○ Payment Schedule:
■ First installment of ₹7,500 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 6 months of employment.
■ Second installment of ₹7,500 will be paid after the referred candidate
successfully completes 1 year of employment.

Referral Process

● Submit referrals through our online career portal or by using the employee referral form.
 ● Ensure the candidate mentions your name as the referral source during their application
or interview.
● The referred candidate must meet the qualifications and be successfully hired for the
open position.
