Business Analyst

Job Description :
Business analysts work with organisations to help them improve their processes and systems. They
conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to
introduce these systems to businesses.

About the Company:

Tranzita Systems is a 10 year old software start-up, founded by IIT graduates based out of Bangalore. Its
mission is to enable industry 4.0 through design and development of cutting edge softwares.

Responsibilities:
● Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
● Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
● Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
● persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies

Qualifications:
● Must be pursuing B.Tech (2022 Passout) in any field.
● Should be good at data crunching.
● Exposure to software development life cycle.
● Passion for learning and solving technical challenges is crucial. Should have good written and
verbal English communications skills.

Compensation and Bond period : 3.2 LPA with 18 months bond period (Training Included)
