3, MODE OF GETTING VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS:

(A) ANSWER SCRIPTS VALUED IN ON.LINE MODE

(l) A Student who applies for re-checking/re addition of marks in any

paper(s) shall be provided with an SMS alert to the rylgbllg-llEbel and a
link to the e-mail lD provided by the student to download his/he'
scannecl copy of valLled answer script(s) along with statement of marks'
The link for on screen evaluated subjects wiLl be provided in between
10.06.2024 to 20.06.2024
{il) The StLtdent has to download the scanned copy of valued answer s'ript
along w/lth score sheet containing statement of marks for each
subject/PaPer aPPlied.
(ili) No photocopy/hard copy of such answer scripts shall be provided by the
council.
(lv) IMPORTANT NoTE
(a) Any student who does not receive the ink by dt.20 06.2024 or faces any
prob em in downloading answer scrlpts ls requlred to bring it to the notice
of the Controller of Examlnations by 22 06.2024 posiltvely through the
e mail: coechserecheck@flmail.com wlth the scanned copy of SB_e col ect
recelpt, RolL No, Moblle No , and vaLld e-mail LD of the student failing which
no complain will be entertained later under any ciraumstances'

4, REQUIREMENTS FOR RE.ADDITION/RE.CHECKING:

l. One should have an active e_mail lD & Mobile Number for coTnmunication'
Students are advised to have their own e-mail lD instead of providing e-mail
lD of others.
11. One has to Pay RS.2OO/" (Rupees Two Hundred) only per paper (Theory and
practical/project papers of a subject will be treated as separate papers)
applied for re-addition/re checklng purpose.
lLl. ln Science strearn, Biology 1 (Botany) and Biology 2 (Zoology) are to be
treated as separate papers (turo papers)for re-checklnS/re addition purpose'
lv. one should have UPl, Rupav, Debit Card, Net BankinB facility of SBI or any
other Bank to deposit the fees However, one can deposit the requisite fees

i. Select the desired paper(s) from the drop down list of subjects/papers for

j. Select "Nil" against rest of the papers
k. FiL up the Roll Numbers (as mentioned ln the Admit Card) correctly in the
space.
l. Select stream from the droP down.

required for theory papers from drop dorvn.
n, Select "NlL" agaifst rest ofthe papers.
o. Flll remarks in appropriate space.
