concerning my ward, Vaishnavi Singh, who is seeking admission for Grade XI at DPS.

Firstly, I would like to request an extension for the submission of Vaishnavi's Grade 8 marks
sheet. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we require additional time to gather all the necessary
documentation. I kindly ask if it would be possible to grant us an extension of 3 days to ensure
that the marks sheet is submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Your understanding and
support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Secondly, I have noticed an error in Vaishnavi's Aadhar Card details that need to be corrected. It
is imperative to ensure that all personal information is accurate and up-to-date. Therefore, I
kindly request your assistance in facilitating the correction process. If there are any specific
procedures or forms that need to be completed for this purpose, please let me know, and I will
ensure they are promptly taken care of.
