In order to meet the demand for the development of the company, we are recruiting personnel for the Business
Development Executive position working remotely in Thailand.

Job Description (JD)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Prospect, approach, and maintain relationships with target and potential clients who are foreign investors,
expatriates, or managers of large companies and corporations in Thailand, other home and host countries;
 Identify potential business challenges the Company may encounter in the local market and devise
appropriate strategic marketing initiatives. Coordinate efforts, strategies, and relationship-building with
diverse local and foreign business associations/organizations to explore new business opportunities.
 Fulfill their demands or generate interest in our services to foster their business growth. Convert these
relationships into successful client engagements;
 Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Thai market to identify potential clients and investment
opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in Thailand,
as well as other home and host countries;
 Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements;
 Prepare proposals, presentations and pitches to effectively communicate Viettonkin’s value proposition to
potential clients;
 Coordinate and supervise lead generation, lead closing, client bidding, and, if assigned, after-sales follow-
up;
 Meet target-fulfilling Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for this position to ensure efficient and smooth
working performance
 Perform other tasks as assigned by the line supervisor;
 Utilize cross-selling activities to promote and sell services effectively.

Requirements
 Candidate must have relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Business Administration/Business/Marketing
or related)
 02 years or higher of Sales/Business development experience is preferred;

 Excellent command of English language (04 skills)


 Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and overall relationship
management;
 Familiarity with content distribution and syndication, as well as media industry trends and best practices;
 Proactive and passionate about making a positive impact in emerging markets, with a high degree of
adaptability to dynamic work environments;
 Must be self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
 Must have aptitude in delivering pitching, attractive presentations and reports
