如图 2.1 为光学系统结构, 3 个摄像机分别从 3 个角度拍摄线缆一周,完整
检测线缆的所有表面。
Figure 2.1 shows the optical system structure. Three cameras shoot around the
cable from three perspectives and fully detect all surface of the cable.

每个相机安装如图 2.2 所示,摄像头拍摄视角正对待检测产品表面,


视线并且必须完整透过槽口,避免设备背景对成像干扰。
Figure 2.2 shows the installation of every camera. The view of the camera just
faces the surface of product to be detected. The line of sight must pass through the
notch completely, so that the background will not interfere with imaging.

相机采集图像时,如图 2.3 所示带有编码器的导轮压住待检测产品,线缆运
动带动导轮转动,因而带动编码器转动发出触发相机抓拍的信号。由于设备使用
线扫相机,因此编码器发出一个信号,相机抓拍一行图像,以此拼接出完整一幅
设定高度的图像。
When the camera collects images, as Figure 2.3 shows, the guide wheel with
encoder presses the product to be detected, the cable moves and leads the guide wheel
to rotate, thus leading the encoder to rotate and giving a signal of triggering the
camera to capture images. Because the equipment uses line scan camera, the encoder
gives a signal and the camera captures a row of images, piecing together an image
with preset height.

如图 3.1,设备使用了线扫描相机,相机的安装使用需要专业设备调试人员
操作,严禁用户在没有专业指导的情况下调整,不恰当的调整相机安装位置、对
焦位置、光圈位置会严重影响检测性能。
As Figure 3.1 shows, the equipment uses line scan camera, so the camera must be
installed by specialized persons. Do not adjust the equipment without professional
guidance, because incorrectly adjusting the installation position, focusing position and
aperture position of the camera will seriously impact detection performance.

设备主控单元为工控计算机,软件运行在该计算机上,并通过该工控计算机
与电气主控单元等进行交互,输出例如报警信号等。
The main control unit of equipment is industrial personal computer. Software runs on
the computer, interacts with electrical main control unit, etc through the industrial
personal computer, and outputs alarm signals, etc.

四、软件操作

4.1 打开桌面软件

4.1Open the software on desktop
双击桌面的 Advance2DSystem 图标即可打开软件(开机后软件会自动打开,
无需再次点击)。
Double click “Advance2DSystemFigure” on desktop to open the software (the
software will be opened automatically after computer startup, so you don’t need to
click again).

4.2 检测主界面

4.2.1 检测执行流程

4.2.1 Detection process
选择”生产信息”里的检测产品或对应颜色作为检测标准,再点击右侧“创建”
批号按钮。批号数据可手动输入,也可按时间自动生成(直接点击创建按钮)。点
击最下方“开始”按钮进行检测,点击“停止”按钮并再次点击“创建”按钮则
保存上一盘信息并重新生成新一盘信息。
Choose products and colors in “Production Information” as the detection standard,
and click “Create” on the right. The batch number can be entered manually or can be
generated automatically by time (by directly clicking “Create”). Click “Start” at the
bottom to detect. Click “Stop” and click “Create” again to save the information of

previous roll and regenerate the information of a new roll.

(3) (功能 D)历史记录: 点击后查看历史检测数据信息。具体操作参照本说明


第 4.6 小节内容。
(Function D) Historical record: click to view the historical detection data. See
Section 4.6 of this manual.
(4) (功能 E)曝光参照:显示不同生产速度所对应的相机曝光时间,用于手动
调整相机曝光时间。
(Function E) Exposure reference: click to display the exposure time of camera
corresponding to different production velocities. This function is used to adjust the
exposure time of camera manually.
(5) (功能 F)操作说明: 点击后显示软件的操作说明。
(Function F) Operating instructions: click to display the operating instructions
of software.
(6) (功能 G)显示检测图: 点击后切换显示相机采集原图和算法处理后的图
片。
(Function G) Display the detection image: click to display the raw image
collected by camera and the picture processed with algorithm.
(7) (功能 H)自动切换缺陷显示窗口: 勾选后软件检测到缺陷后会自动跳转到
缺陷显示界面。
(Function H) Automatic switch to defect display window: by choosing this
function, software will automatically skip to the defect display interface after detecting
defects.
(8) (功能 I)检测速度限制: 当产线速度低于输入值后软件不再进行缺陷检测。
(Function I) Limit of detection velocity: when the production velocity is lower
than the input value, software will not detect defects any more.
(9) (功能 J)计米复位: 检测状态以计米米数提前 N 米,需计算缺陷仪到喷
码机之间距离为 N 米,在“计米复位”右侧输入喷码机米数+N 米数,点击“复位
到”按钮,即可同步计米长度。也可以直接点击“计米清零”,按钮清零米数重
新累计。
(Function J) Meter counting reset: N meters ahead of meters counted for
detection state. The distance N meters between the defect machine and the spray printing
machine should be calculated. Enter the meters of spray printing machine +N meters on
the right of “Meter Counting Reset”, and click “Reset To” to count meters synchronously.
You can also directly click “Meter Counting Zero” to clear and accumulate again.
(10) (功能 K)查看缺陷: 点击后查看当前批次检出的缺陷数据详细信息。具体
操作参照本说明第 4.6 节内容。
(Function K) View defects: click to view detailed information of defects
detected in current batch. See Section 4.6 of the manual.
(11) (功能 L)报警复位: 点击后停止当前报警。
(Function L) Reset alarm: click to stop current alarm.
(12) (功能 M)检测信息显示:左侧依次显示 产品表面缺陷个数,产品截面直径
(外径波动)缺陷个数,产品直径异常个数。 右侧依次显示当前相机的曝光值,
增益值以及图像的成像灰度。
(Function M) Display detection information: number of defects, number of

defects for section diameter (external diameter fluctuation) and number of abnormal
diameters are displayed on the left in sequence. Exposure , gain and gray are displayed on
the right in sequence.
(13) (功能 N)生产信息显示: 依次显示当前产线的生产速度,计米长度和产品
实时直径。
(Function N) Display production information: production velocity of current
production line, length of meter counting and real-time diameter are displayed in
sequence.
4.3 检测产品设置

4.3Product setting
在主界面点击产品设置功能栏,输入密码”123456”,验证成功后进入产品设置
功能界面。
Click “Product Setting” on the main interface, enter the password “123456” and
enter the product setting interface after successful verification.

4.3.1 新增产品配置
4.3.1 New product configuration
首先点击“新增产品”按钮,之后输入新增产品名称(产品名称不能重复),

接着选择产品颜色,更改产品参数,最后点击”保存产品”按钮。
Click “New Product” and enter the name of new product (no same product name).
Choose product color, change product parameters and finally click “Save Product”.

4.3.2 修改产品配置
4.3.2 Change product configuration
首先在选择产品下拉框中选中需要修改的产品名称,接着修改下方的产品配
置参数,最后点击最下方的保存修改按钮。
Choose the product to be changed in drop-down box of product, change product
configuration parameters and finally click “Save Change” at the bottom.

设置相机曝光时间和增益值,以及光源亮度。曝光时间可根据当前生产速度
结合曝光参照功能中的曝光参照表调整。相机增益值越大,图像亮度越高。
Set the exposure time, gain and light of camera. Exposure time can be adjusted
according to current production velocity and in combination with exposure reference
table in section of exposure reference function. The larger the gain is, the higher the
light is.
自动曝光配置:

勾选自动曝光,产品灰度发生变化后,软件会自动调整相机曝光时间,使产品灰
度达到设置的目标灰度。
不勾选自动曝光,软件使用相机光源配置中的默认曝光参数,不会根据产品的灰
度变化而变化。
By checking “Auto Exposure”, after product gray changes, software will
automatically adjust the exposure time of camera, enabling product gray to achieve
the target gray.
By unchecking “Auto Exposure”, software will use the default exposure
parameter in light source configuration of camera and will not change as product gray
changes.
直径缺陷配置:

勾选则软件启用直径检测,取消勾选则关闭直径检测。直径中输入当前产品
的标准直径,上限和下限表示当前产品的检测的正常范围值。
By checking, software will start diameter detection. By unchecking, software will
stop diameter detection. Enter the standard diameter of current product. “Upper” and
“Lower” mean normal detection range of current product.

置信度阈值参数表示软件检测的严格程度。置信度越高,检出的缺陷越精准,
相应的漏报也会增多。置信度越低,对缺陷的标准要求也越低,相应的漏报会减

少,但误报会增多。一般情况下置信度维持在 50-80 之间,总体效果较好。非极
大值阈值保持默认 40 既可,用户一般无需设置。宽度,高度和面积阈值用来限
制检出缺陷的报警,当检出缺陷的特征大于设置参数时,缺陷会被检出,检测设
备输出报警。
Confidence means strictness of detection. The higher the confidence is, more
accurate the defects are, and there will be more omissions. The lower the confidence
is, the lower the requirements for defect are, and there will be less omissions, but
misstatements will increase. Confidence should be maintained between 50 and 80
with a good effect in whole. NMS can be maintained at 40 with no need of setting.
Width, height and area are used to limit the alarm of detecting defects. When the
characteristics of defects are greater than the set parameters, defects will be detected,
and the detection equipment will output alarm.

截面变粗阈值和截面变细阈值用来限制产品外径波动的报警范围,当产品外
径波动大于所设置的阈值范围时,软件会产生报警。
“Section diameter thicker” and“Section diameter slender” are used to limit the
alarm range of external diameter fluctuation. When external diameter fluctuation is
greater than the set threshold range, the software will give an alarm.

4.4 系统设置

在主界面点击系统设置功能栏,输入密码”123456”,验证成功后进入系统设置
功能界面。
Click “System Configuration” on the main interface, enter the password
“123456” and enter the system configuration interface after successful verification.

4.4.1 缺陷信息保存设置

点击浏览按钮,选择保存缺陷图片的文件夹地址。输入保存时间后,系统会
在当前数据大于保存天数或硬盘容量少于 100G 时执行自动删除。
Click “View” and choose the address of folder to save defect picture. After
entering the time of saving, the system will delete files automatically if current data is
saved beyond the set days or the hard drive capacity is less than 100G.

4.4.2 自动更新批号设置

勾选后系统会在指定时间间隔后自动生成新批号。
By checking, the system will automatically generate a new batch after specified
interval.

此部分功能由技术支持工程师设置,用户无需更改。
This function should be set by the technical support engineer, so users don’t need
to change.

4.4.4 保存采集原图设置

勾选后软件将持续保存对应相机的实时采集图片,此操作对系统资源消耗较
大,一般情况下无需打开。
By checking, the software will continue to save the real-time images collected by
the camera. This operation will consume a lot of system resources, so do not open it
under normal circumstances.

4.4.5 直径校准设置

首先在检测产品设置界面输入当前检测产品的正确直径,并保存参数。之后
开启软件检测功能,确保检测设备在正常检测状态,然后进入直径校准设置功能。
先点击开始按钮,大约 10s 之后,点击停止按钮。软件会重新计算相机 A,B , C
各自的横向分辨率,最后点击保存按钮完成直径校准。
Enter the correct diameter of current product on product setting interface and save
the parameters. Start the software detection function, ensure the equipment is in
normal detection state, and then enter the diameter calibration function. Click “Start”,
and click “Stop” after about 10 seconds. The software will recalculate the lateral
resolutions of A camera, B camera and C camera respectively. Finally click “Save” to
finish diameter calibration.

4.5 维保记录功能
4.5 Maintenance log
在主界面点击系统设置功能栏,输入密码”123456”,验证成功后进入到维保记
录功能界面。
Click “System Configuration” on the main interface, enter the password
“123456” and enter the maintenance log interface after successful verification.

用户每七天需要完成一次对缺陷检测仪的镜头清洁,并进入维保记录界面
进行维保签到。维保签到密码为”123321”, 用户输入签到密码后,点击维保签到
按钮完成签到。
Users should clean the lens of defect system every 7 days and enter the
maintenance log interface to sign in. The maintenance code is “123321”. Enter the
maintenance code, and click “Sign In”.

当系统检测到超过 7 天未进行维保签到,会在主界面生成维保签到文字,提
示用户对镜头进行清洁,以确保设备的检测效果。
If no sign in is detected by the system within 7 days, words for sign in will be
generated on the main interface to remind users to clean the lens and ensure the
detection effect.

4.6 历史记录功能

历史信息查询有两种方式可选,一种是根据检测时间查询,另一种是根
据订单号查询。
根据检测时间查询流程:
Historical information can be queried according to detection time or order
number.
Query according to detection time:

首先勾选检测开始时间,然后在日期选择框中选择需要查询的日期范围(当
前只支持 7 天内的历史记录查询),选择过日期后点击查询会显示当前查询范围
内的订单信息。
Check “Start Time” first, choose “From” and “To” (only support historical
information in 7 days currently), and click “Query” to display the orders.

根据订单号查询:
Query according to order number

首先勾选订单号,之后输入需要查询的订单号,输入好后点击查询按钮完成
查询。
Check “Order Number” first, enter the order number you want to query, and click
“Query”.

选中需要删除的订单信息,点击删除按钮,之后输入密码,即可删除当前选
中的历史记录。若要删除本页查询到的全部历史记录,则点击删除本页按钮,即
可删除当前页查询到的全部历史记录。
Choose the order to be deleted and click “Delete” to delete the historical
information chosen. To delete all historical information on current page, please click
“Delete This Page”.

选中想要查看的历史记录,之后点击查看缺陷,既可进入到缺陷信息界面。
Choose the historical information you want to view and click “View Defects” to
enter the defects information interface.

(功能 A)缺陷显示筛选:点击缺陷显示筛选下拉框,选中需要筛选的缺陷

类型,即可加载当前卷号中该类型的全部缺陷。(默认选中全部缺陷选项,加载
所有类型检出缺陷)
(Function A) Screen defects: click the drop-down box of “Screen Defects” and

当前查看数据进行标红显示。点击取消确认,则取消标红。

to mark it in red and click “Cancel” to cancel the red.

4.7 Production line integration


在主界面点击系统设置功能栏,输入密码”123456”,验证成功后进入到生产线
集成功能界面。
Click “System Configuration” on the main interface, enter the password
“123456”, and enter the production integration interface after successful verification.

IO 输入和 IO 输出,显示当前 IO 接线和功能的对应编号。
IO 集成设置中,各功能作用如下:
轮询间隔: IO 卡轮询读取信号的时间间隔。
报警时间: 检出缺陷后,设备发出报警信号的持续时间。
启用报警: 勾选后,设备检出缺陷后会发出声光报警。取消勾选,则不发出
报警。
持续报警: 勾选后设备会持续发出报警信号,只有当点击主界面的报警复位
按钮后,才会停止报警。
打标相关功能,由技术支持工程师根据现场情况来设定,用户无需修改。
“IO In” and “IO Out” show the number of current IO cable and function.
In setting of IO integration, the functions include:
Polling Interval: The polling interval that IO card reads signals.
Alarm Time: After detecting defects, the duration that the equipment gives an
alarm signal.
Alarm Enable: By checking, the equipment will give a sound-light alarm after
detecting defects. By unchecking, the equipment will not give an alarm.
Keep Alarm: By checking, the equipment will keep giving the alarm signal. The

equipment will stop alarm by clicking “Reset Alarm” on the main interface.
The functions related to marking should be set by the technical support engineer
according to actual situation, so users don’t need to change them.
