Is it something as simple as, “Every time it rains, I


want to get a text message reminding me to bring my
umbrella to work”? Or “When a customer signs up
for my email list I want to automatically follow them
and Tweet them a welcome message from my brand
account”? Think it through, write down your 3 ideas
on the worksheet, and then we’ll move onto the next
video where I’ll show you how to automate them.
