In reference to the memo M051524-026-Kingwizard-A216 - No Security License:

We already informed SO Aquilino Macabidang to sent an explanation report and give an orientation to his
SG Alfie Pablo posted at CLH Sta. Rita for not bringing his Security License:

According to him, he was in such a hurry to enter this morning that he forgot to put his security license in
his bag, he said he forgot it on top of the refrigerator. That's why he promised that this situation will not
happen again.

SO Aquilino reminded him to always carry his security license at all times where he is assigned, to avoid
such incidents.

In summary, KWS Operations Department advice SO Aquilino Macabidang to always remind all his SG’s
Unlicensed security work is strictly against the law. Working as an unlicensed security guard is against the
law can have major consequences. Any company or individual who provides unlicensed security guard
services could face severe consequences including fines, arrest and even jail time depending on the nature
and number of offenses.
