REFLECTION OF 2 SAIDINA ABU BAKAR LESSON (25TH SEPTEMBER 2022)

INTRODUCTION:

From the lesson activity implemented today, I can analyse the strengths, weakness,
opportunities to improve the activity as well as the threats that may come along with the
curriculum session. Thus, today’s reflection would be based on these four aspects. From my
perspective, this session can be count as successful since I managed to achieve all of my
objectives that I set up.

STRENGTH :

I mainly use students-based learning and acting in my lesson plan. This type of
strategy made me be able to control majority of my pupils and keep their interests to learn
until the end of my teaching session. I also managed to include every pupil with different
level of intellectual. My pupils gave a full cooperation by actively interacting with myself and
the teaching materials.

WEAKNESS :

However, I still need to improve my level of making suitable worksheets for mixed
class students to ensure that everyone can do the worksheet despite their difference in level
of intellectual. Some students to become lazy in drawing the robot as they not interested in
drawing.
OPPORTUNITY :

My mentor gave a great advice where I need to have strict time management to
ensure that I can finish the whole lesson plan and achieve my targeted objectives. I saw this
as another aspect that I need to improve later on.

THREAT :

The laziness really cause trouble as it caused to students to just make their
worksheet half-heartedly which make them didn’t fully involve in the teaching and learning
session.

CONCLUSION:

A lot challenges may appear when teaching younger generation and all educators need to
face it, they need to move forward overcoming every challenge that may occur and the same
time to improve the way of teaching according to the current times needs and technologies.
