Introduction:
Saraswati Puja, also known as Vasant Panchami, is a Hindu festival dedicated to the goddess Saraswati,
the deity of wisdom, knowledge, arts, and learning. It is celebrated across India with great fervor,
especially in educational institutions, as students seek blessings for academic success.

Venue:
The Saraswati Puja celebration took place at Shruti Cotyard, which was beautifully decorated with
flowers, rangoli, and traditional motifs. The ambiance was vibrant and filled with spiritual energy.

Activities and Rituals:

1. Prayer and Invocation: The celebration commenced with the chanting of Vedic hymns and mantras,
invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. Students and teachers participated in the prayers with
utmost devotion.

2. Offerings and Puja: An elaborate puja ceremony was conducted, wherein offerings of flowers, fruits,
sweets, and incense were made to the goddess. Students prayed for academic success and enlightenment.

3. Cultural Programs: Following the puja, cultural programs were organized, showcasing the talents of
students. This included music performances, dance recitals, poetry readings, and skits themed around
knowledge and wisdom.

4.Prasad Distribution: Prasad, consisting of sweets and fruits blessed during the puja, was distributed
among the attendees as a symbol of divine grace and prosperity.
