Sharing Diplomas and Transcripts Step by Step

● On your application page look to the left pane and click on the Education History Section

● Click “Add a Degree”

● Under What Level is the degree you are uploading? Check the appropriate option.
○ If you are uploading your partially completed postgraduate or master’s
studies official transcript select:

● Type in the name of the school where the studies occurred: Please use uppercase for the first
letter of each word only.

● You must fill in the information for the next 4 fields - use N/A if it not applicable in your case

● Below that you will see 4 fields where you can enter documents for your first degree (or teaching
diploma), the fields include diploma, diploma certified translation, transcript, and transcript certified
translation. If your documents are in English you will not use the 2 fields for certified translations, if
your documents are not in English, you will use all 4 fields

● When you are done working on that degree click:

● After you have entered your first degree, you must click Add a Degree to begin entering the next
diploma/degree.:

● Continue entering each diplomas, degrees, and official transcripts for all completed and
partial/incomplete college and university studies.

● When done working in this section click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen:

● We do not need:
● Actas de Grado
● Apostilles
● Professional development/Training or English Proficiency certificates

You must enter each diploma and degree earned in a separate entry using the "Add aa Degree"
button and enter each individual document in the correct field.

The Diploma field should hold the diploma ONLY, the Transcript field should hold the transcript
ONLY. Likewise with the certified translations.
