 To write a well-organized paragraph
 To make a graphic organizer out of the given texts
 To give the corresponding homonym of the given word
 To look and sound good while speaking online

II. ACTIVITIES:
 Composing effective paragraphs
 Making graphic organizers
 Identifying homonyms
 Speaking clearly and confidently

III. ISSUES AND CONCERNS:

In the last quarter of the school year, I have noticed that the learners keep on repeating the
same mistakes when it comes to writing and speaking so the remediation activities centered on
improving those skills.

Since most of the meetings this quarter were held online, the concepts were discussed during
In synchronous sessions and the activities were given right after. The learners developed a sense of
consciousness when it comes to the basic mistakes that they repeatedly commit when writing outputs,
so the remediation sessions did help them improve.
