EXCERPTS FROM THE 5TH REGULAR SESSION OF PEDERASYON NG
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN NG MALVAR, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
TO GRANT THE REQUEST OF MALVAR REPRESENTATIVES IN
SPORTS IN THE UPCOMING STCAA THIS APRIL 2024 AMOUNTING
TO P 2,000.00 ONLY PER – HEAD.
Resolution No.1 - 2024

WHEREAS, in the session it has been approved by all the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairpersons of Malvar to grant the request for financial support of Malvar representatives
on their in-house training and upcoming STCCA this April 2024.

WHEREAS, Malvar Volleyball team and Table Tennis team has submitted a request for
financial support in the amount of P 2,000 to aid in their sports-related endeavors;

WHEREAS, the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Malvar

recognizes the importance of fostering and supporting athletic talent within our
community;

WHEREAS, the proposed financial support aligns with the mission and values of the
Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng Malvar to promote and
encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical well-being;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Pambayang Pederasyon ng

Sangguniang Kabataan ng Malvar hereby approves the request for financial support in
the amount of P 2,000 for Malvar Volleyball and Table Tennis team to assist in their
sports-related activities.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds will be disbursed in a manner consistent

with the guidelines set forth by Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng
Malvar, and proper documentation of expenses will be required for accountability
purposes.

BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan ng

Malvar will be responsible for coordinating the disbursement of funds and ensuring that
they are utilized for the specified sports-related purposes.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang

Kabataan ng Malvar expresses its support for the dedication and efforts of Volleyball and
Table Tennis team of Malvar and wishes them success in their sporting endeavours;

BE IT RESOLVED that it has been approved that everyone shall receive P 2,000.00 only
for their financial support.
