With reference to subject cited, it is to inform that You have obtained building permission for
construction of Stilt for Parking + 2 Upper Floor In Plot No/House No: 17-238, Street/Road:
MALKAJGIRI, Locality: J.L.NARASIMHA SWAMY NAGAR , MALKAJGIRI, Survey No: 844/16/అ,
Malkajgiri(V), Malkajgiri Circle 28, Secunderabad Zone, Malkajgiri(M), GHMC, Medchal -
Malkajgiri(Dist), Instant Registration based on the self certification submitted by you and this
authority has conducted the Post verification as per GHMC TS-bPASS Act. and it is observed that
the permission obtained by you is found correct and you can proceed with the construction.

If the abutting road width is less than 30 feet (9.00 Mts.), 15 feet (4.5 Mts.) from the center
of the existing road has to be left for road widening in addition to front setback as per rule 4
(a) of G.O. Ms. No. 168 MA dt:07-04-2012 or required area affected under Master Plan road.
The built up area shall be limited to the remaining area after leaving the road affected area
and all sides setbacks.

As per recommendations of the TPS, the file is suggested for approval.

The applicant has submitted the proposals for the construction of Stilt + 2 upper floors for
residential purpose in Pr.No.17-238, in Sy.No.844/16/A, situated at J.L. Narasimha Swamy
nagar Colony, Malkajgiri(V&M),Medchal - Malkajgiri Dist. and application filed in instant
Registration, in this connection inspected the site and found all parameters as per plan.
Hence the proposals for the construction of Stilt + 2 upper floors for residential purpose are
suggested for approval.

General Conditions:

1. The owner / developer of the site shall ensure that the C&D Waste generated id transferred
only to the designated C&D Waste Collection point Malkajgiri Circle 28 of the proposed site
duly paying the requisite fee to the agency at the transfer as per the quantity arrived.
