To unite the whole archipelago into one

HOW THESE AIMS COULD BE ATTAINED?
(Based on the Constitution of La Liga Filipina)
• Establish a network of Popular Councils, Provincial Councils, and
the Supreme Council to connect local communities and facilitate
communication.
• Implement a system of dues collection to support the Liga
Filipina's activities and promote a sense of unity among
members.
• Foster a culture of cooperation and mutual aid among members
through regular meetings, shared goals, and collective problem-
solving.
• Encourage members to adopt a new name and identity to
symbolize their membership in the Liga Filipina and promote a
sense of belonging.
• Establish a system of financial support for members in need,
such as a relief fund or emergency assistance program.
• Encourage members to look out for each other's well-being and
safety, and establish a system for reporting concerns or threats.
• Provide training and resources for members on self-defense, first
aid, and other essential skills.
• Establish relationships with other organizations or individuals
who can provide additional support or resources.
• Establish a militia or self-defense force composed of Liga Filipina
members to protect against external threats.
• Develop a system for early warning and response to potential
threats, including monitoring news and reports of violence or
injustice.
• Provide legal support and advocacy for members who have been
affected by violence or injustice.
• Establish relationships with government officials, community
leaders, and other stakeholders to promote peaceful conflict
resolution and social justice.
• Establish educational programs and scholarships for members,
including literacy classes, vocational training, or access to higher
education.

Study and application of reforms.
• Provide resources and training for agricultural development,
such as seed banks, tools, or expertise sharing.
• Encourage entrepreneurship and trade among members through
mentorship, training, and access to markets.
• Promote economic development through infrastructure projects,
partnerships with local businesses, or access to capital.
• Establish a research arm within the Liga Filipina to study issues
affecting the country and identify solutions.
• Publish research findings and recommendations for reform
through regular newsletters or publications.
• Encourage debate and discussion among members on proposed
reforms through regular meetings or online forums.
• Advocate for reforms through petitions, letters to government
officials, or other forms of communication.
