I. Learning Objectives
At the end of the lesson, 90% of the student should be able to:
A. Identify shapes/figures that show Symmetry in a line;
B. Draw the line of Symmetry in a given figures; and
C. Complete a Symmetrical figure with respect to a given line of
Symmetry.

E. Abstract
Symmetry- Symmetric means that a figure forms two equal parts
or mirror image of the other when folded. The line that divides the
figure into equal parts is called line of Symmetry.

Examples of Line symmetry of a figure:

Assymetric- Figures don’t have lines of Symmetry.
